2020 - Return to Play - Survey

Welcome

MAFSA - Return to Play - Survey

14U – 16 & 18U Only

The return to practice is a way for the MAFSA board to offer some softball activity for our players and to gauge what level of interest you, our parents and players, have in continuing with a summer softball season.

As we move forward we will continue to work with the State of Minnesota and the Stay Safe MN for Youth Sports.

Before taking the survey, please read the "MAFSA Return to Play" document.  The MAFSA Board of Directors are working to provide a positive softball experience for your child.

Our goal is to provide a safe softball environment for players and coaches.

MAFSA will begin to offer hitting only practice the week of June 15th.
